I’m Stephanie Cone.  I'm a Denver native, Class B General Contractor, Licensed Real Estate Associate, Investor, and someone who has spent more than two decades inside complex property transactions. I got licensed in construction and real estate because I could not find a contractor, an agent, or an investor that operated the way I do, so I became all three.  I’m direct, steady under pressure, and difficult to rattle. (I'm also occasionally funny, because sometimes in this line of work, if you don't laugh you'll cry.)

 

I expect the best from those working around me,  and I bring the same standard to the table.   You can't complain about what you permit.  If you show up, tell the truth, treat people with integrity and refuse to back down from a challenge, there's always a way forward, and I will find it.  

 

I don't take things personally, and I don't lose focus when stakes rise.  What I bring into high-pressure environments is decisiveness, humor when it's needed, and structure when things start to slip.

 

​Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with my basset hound Gertrude and French bulldog Frankie, resetting in the Colorado mountains or mapping out the next project that needs solving. The same intensity, humor, and refusal to settle follows me everywhere, along with those two funny looking dogs of mine.
